PPAI – the Promotional Product Association International has announced a new and different idea designed to focus a week long spotlight on the logo products industry worldwide. “Promotional Products Work!™ Week” will take place February 25th through March 1st 2013. The mission is to demonstrate the value of both promotional products and the professional sales consultants who make them available to you.

Simple but effective. During a recent visit to my local grocer I was reminded how even simple recognition can make someone's day. There is a bell near the exit door with a sign that states "ring the bell if you experienced great customer service today". As a happy customer was leaving the store she rang the bell. At that moment all of the associates stopped what they were doing; they smiled, simultaneously clapped their hands and applauded each other for a job well done. The smiles remained on their faces as they went back to work.
