Sturbridge, MA – Brian Galonek, President of All Star Incentive Marketing, has been nationally recognized as a Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM) by the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA). Galonek was awarded this respected designation on September 25th at the IMA Annual Meeting held in conjunction with the 2006 Motivation Show in Chicago. Galonek is among an elite group of 25 incentive industry professionals who have received this designation from the IMA for demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of the incentive marketplace and helping others in the incentive marketplace succeed.
The CPIM designation was created by the IMA in 2004 to recognize leaders and experts in the incentive industry. To be eligible, candidates must demonstrate significant experience and training as well as leadership contributions within the industry. Additionally, successful CPIM candidates are required to contribute knowledge to the industry through white papers and/or seminars on topics that are relevant to the incentive marketplace. According to Galonek, “The CPIM certification program affirms All Star’s commitments to stay informed of new development in the field and continually enhance our knowledge of the incentive marketing to further increase the value proposition to our clients.”
Galonek’s most recent white paper, The Safety Tipping Point, outlines how companies can create safer workplaces, protect employees and save money through the use of innovative safety incentive programs which thrive and produce the greatest return on incentive investment in an environment with established safety programs and policies. This white paper can be found at http://incentiveusa.com/reference.htm.
The IMA provides education; training and research services to help businesses effectively use incentive programs to motivate employees and customers.
